GROW Transition Program

Transition Planning

Transition planning services are provided to all GROW students. The Director of Vocational and Transitional Services, along with the student’s advisor and GROW team, work collaboratively with students and families to develop transition plans, which cover all aspects of adult living.
It is important for you to be informed and begin the process early.  Remember, you are not alone!
A post-secondary fair held on campus in the fall provides information about options after Riverview. In March families participate in "Transition Weekend" to explore and learn from former Riverview families and other speakers about a range of issues that they will encounter as their child transitions into adult life.
