Early committments to the Endowment Campaign allowed us to double stipends available for faculty pursuing advanced degrees. We applaud, and must support, our faculty’s commitment to continuous learning.
In early 2016, we implemented the first phase of a graduated salary increase for all residential faculty. This was followed in July by a salary adjustment for academic faculuty. However, we are also notably under market for all academic and residential salaries. We are losing or frequently unable to hire the exceptional faculty we need. We simply must pay more in order to attract and keep the very best professionals to work with our students.
