Riverview School’s Project SEARCH students featured in The Pulse: The Heartbeat of Cape Cod

Riverview School was honored to have our Project SEARCH students featured in the March 2026 issue of The Pulse: The Heartbeat of Cape Cod Healthcare.

Project SEARCH is a world-renowned program that empowers students with learning differences to explore and build careers in the healthcare field, and is one of Riverview’s flagship programs for our GROW students in their vocational studies. Through the School’s partnership with Cape Cod Healthcare (CCHC), our students are given the chance to learn, grow, and thrive in a supportive, real-world environment.

With guidance from trained Riverview staff, students receive individualized support and hands-on experience within a healthcare setting that is focused on their personal and professional growth. Each job is thoughtfully tailored to a student’s strengths and interests, helping to create a clear and achievable pathway toward long-term employment after graduation. In The Pulse article, Riverview instructor Rebecca Wilson says, “We look at each intern’s strengths and match them with opportunities where they can be successful—but also challenge them.”
