As Director of Transition and Special Services, Meghan is responsible for facilitating IEP meetings, working with school districts, educational advocates, and parents to coordinate services and assisting and guiding parents through the transition process, and planning for life post-22.

Prior to her position at Riverview, Meghan worked in both the public and private educational sectors. She built special education programs, conducted educational assessments, and created individualized education and Transition Plans for students. Meghan earned a BA in Education from Boston College and an MA in Education from San Diego State University.

When not at Riverview, Meghan enjoys spending time with her family and friends, spending time outside, dancing, and knitting.
