Cassie Haven is the GROW Academic and Vocational Director, overseeing students in the classroom as well as their vocational job sites. Cassie has worked at Riverview School for 10 years following the completion of her master’s degree in Education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Prior to her current role in the Riverview community, Cassie has worked in the dorms as a Residential Coordinator, and teacher in both the High School and GROW programs, coached multiple sports teams, and supported the advancement office in their potential student outreach. Cassie continues to work closely with each department of our school to ensure the education of the whole child.

When Cassie is not at Riverview, she enjoys spending time at the beach with her family, running, and volunteering as a big sister at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cape Cod and the Islands. Cassie works hard to create a supportive and inclusive environment in which all her students and staff can grow, laugh, and thrive.
