As Director of Clinical Services, Michelle is responsible for overseeing the Advisors, which consists of 7 Licensed Clinicians. Michelle offers support, modeling, and guidance to the Advisors, and is involved in crisis management; including overseeing and consulting on safety assessments. She meets regularly with the Clinical, Academic, Residential, and Speech/Language teams to provide consultation on students as needed.

Michelle started at Riverview as an Advisor in 2012 and became a Clinical Coordinator in 2018, prior to being the Clinical Director. She earned her BA from Stonehill College and her MA in Clinical Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. In addition, she is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of MA. Michelle has worked in a variety of settings, including schools and private practice as an Individual & Family Clinician. In addition, Michelle’s career has included overseeing youth residing in therapeutic residential settings throughout the state of MA. Michelle is also a Certified Title IX Civil Rights Investigator.

Michelle resides off Cape and enjoys the beach, traveling, paddleboarding, and keeping active. She enjoys time with family, friends, and English Mastiff, Baylor.
