Joanne Hoffer is a New York City–based business leader with a proven track record of driving growth and transformation across Fortune 500 companies, high-growth startups, and founder-led ventures.

She began her career at L.E.K. Consulting, working on strategic projects for global clients in both Boston and Sydney. She then held a series of management roles at Johnson & Johnson before serving as Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Helios Health. Joanne also led operations at CAW Networks, which was later acquired by Spirent Technologies.

Currently, she leads her own consulting firm, where she is known for her strategic insight, operational rigor, and practical approach to complex business challenges. She is valued for her ability to bring diverse stakeholders together and deliver results that create lasting impact.

Joanne holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where she remains actively involved and serves on the HBS Alumni Board.
