Through Riverview’s partnerships with Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, Cape Cod Hospital, and Falmouth Hospital, students receive extensive on-the-job training and career exploration opportunities to prepare for competitive employment. During their Project SEARCH internships, students rotate through three different departments at the hospitals, such as Pharmacy, Emergency Center, Human Resources, Sterile Processing, Materials Management, and the Medical Records Department.
